I have brought together the most foundational and versatile information that I have learned in my 9 years as a coach, and packed it into a 20-week program

I have certifications through and experience with Institute of Motion, Kettlebell Kings, ISSA, US Olympic Committee, ViPR Pro, MODUS, Tune Up Fitness, Living.fit, The Ready State, and TRX

​

You will get highlights from all of these in the form of workouts that let you experience them. You will also get a weekly overview video that will help you understand they key concept for that week and how it will show up in your workouts

Each week includes 4 workouts for you to complete

The fitness education program is $40/week, autopay, through my website or app.

You may cancel at any point, but you must complete the weeks in order.

If you want to pay for the entire program up font, I will give you a 25% discount

20-week schedule:

  • week 1: Bracing, Hinging, and Anatomy

  • week 2 and 3: Neuromechanical 4Q Model

  • week 4: Specificity/variability and macro/meso/microcycles

  • week 5: Progression (Strength)

  • week 6: Progression (Movement)

  • week 7: Metabolic 4Q Model

  • week 8: Progression (Work Capacity)

  • week 9: Upper body movement archetypes

  • week 10: Lower body movement archetypes

  • week 11: Foot and ankle mobility

  • week 12: Hip mobility

  • week 13: T-spine and shoulder mobility

  • week 14: PAILS/RAILS

  • week 15: Kettlebells

  • week 16: ViPR Pro

  • week 17: Battle ropes and TRX

  • week 18: Training for power

  • week 19: Clean and jerk

  • week 20: Snatch

As you can see, this program is stacked from top to bottom with big, innovative names in the fitness industry. I am stoked for you to begin this life-changing series and emerge on the other end with powerful self-written programs that keep you from hitting plateaus and make your wildest goal attainable.

Because of the nature of this program, plan to have certain products available. I will send a heads up two week ahead of time so that you can be prepared. Most of the equipment can be found at 24 hour fitness or potentially similar gyms or niche gyms. You will not need any unusual equipment until week 11. Until then, access to a regular gym will be fine.  â€‹
