About Jordan
Most of the down time during sessions is devoted to getting to know my clients, so let me take this space to tell you a bit about myself! I have been a coach for 9 years now, and still absolutely love it! I have two kiddos (Josh and Emma) and my husband (Blake) is in the Navy. I love going camping and hiking with my family (and our doggo, Kevin!), and we spend a lot of time playing Lego and Zelda! I love to read, so let me know your favorite recommendations! I also enjoy yoga and rock climbing, though with two kiddos my practice is currently minimal.
I played softball in college where I earned two degrees: Mathematics and Religion. Often times people ask how the two are connected, which is fine with me because I could talk about it for days! If you want to really get me talking, just bring up Jesus, fitness, or parenting!! I think I may be driving my family crazy with those topics so it will be nice to have a fresh discussion.
I also have AHDH as well as two autoimmune disorders. While these certainly make aspects of life more difficult, they have also allowed me to experience some of the struggles a lot of my clients go through. I am a huge advocate for mental health, and this is evident in my coaching. I love to work with neurodivergent clients because creating a system that will work for an individual is an art, and this is particularly true with the neurodivergent community!
